滋胃清心汤对不孕女性临床妊娠和活产率的影响

摘　　要：目的评估滋肾清心汤对不孕不育女性临床妊娠和活产率的影响。方法选择133例35岁以上不孕女性作为研究对象,随机分为滋肾清心汤治疗组(实验组)和西医治疗组(对照组)。主要观察指标是临床妊娠和活产率。结果整体研究对象临床妊娠和活产率分别为45.1%和26.3%。35~39岁组妊娠率和活产率分别为49.0%和30.0%,40~46岁年龄组分别为33.3%和15.2%。实验组妊娠率为47.2%,对照组妊娠率为44.0%;实验组活产率为22.9%,对照组活产率为30.0%。结论滋肾清心汤对于治疗35岁以上不孕女性的妊娠是有效的。Objective To evaluate the effect of zisheqingxin decoction on the clinical pregnancy and live birth rate of 35-yearold infertility women.Methods 133 cases of infertile women aged 35 and over who were admitted to our hospital were randomly divided into zisheqingxin decoction treatment group(experimental group)and western medicine treatment group(experimental group);The main results of the study were clinical pregnancy and live birth rate.Results After zisheqingxin decoction treatment,the clinical preg⁃nancy and live birth rate were 45.1%and 26.3%respectively in the total population.In the 35~39 age group,it was 49.0%and 30.0%respectively.In the 40-46 age group,33.3%and 15.2%respectively.The clinical pregnancy rate was 44.6%in experimental group and 44.0%in control group.Experimental group was 22.9%,and age group,33.3%and 15.2%respectively.The clinical pregnancy rate was 44.6%in experimental group and 44.0%in control group.Experimental group was 22.9%,and Control group was 30.0%.Conclusion Zisheqingxin decoction is effective for the treatment of infertile women with clinical pregnancy and live birth rate.
