负压封闭引流术治疗骨科创伤的效果

摘　　要：目的研究骨科创伤临床治疗的有效方法。方法选取骨科创伤患者120例,按床号奇偶性分为对照组与研究组,对照组接受常规换药治疗,研究组做负压封闭引流技术,对比2组治疗效果。结果研究组临床总有效率明显高于对照组,且创伤修复时间、伤口愈合时间、创面完全愈合时间均优于对照组。结论采用负压封闭引流技术治疗骨科创伤较传统治疗方法更优。Objective To study the effective methods of clinical treatment of orthopaedic trauma.Methods 120 patients with ortho⁃paedic trauma were selected and divided into control group and research group according to the parity of bed number.The control group received routine dressing change,while the research group received negative pressure sealing drainage technology.The therapeu⁃tic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total clinical effective rate of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the wound healing time,wound healing time and complete wound healing time were better than those of the control group.Conclusion Negative pressure sealing drainage is better than traditional treatment for orthopaedic trauma.
