摘　　要：加强监管是做好水利信息化监理工作的核心,勇于担当的精神是监理加强监管的动力源泉。本文主要从监理在水利信息化项目的招标、设计、实施、验收四个阶段,采取“四控三管一协调”即质量控制、进度控制、成本控制、变更控制、信息安全、合同管理及知识产权管理、信息管理和组织协调的监理工作模式,并结合国家防汛抗旱指挥系统二期工程监理工作实际情况,浅谈如何做好信息化监理工作。Strengthening supervision is the core of information-based supervision of water conservancy,and the courage to take the responsibility is the source of driving force for supervisors to strengthen supervision.This paper focuses on the four stages of information-based supervision of water conservancy,including the bidding phase,the design phase,the implementation phase,and the acceptance phase,based on the"four controls and one coordination"model of supervision,that is,quality control,schedule control,cost control,change control,information security and contract management,intellectual property management,information management,and organizational coordination.Based on the actual situation of the supervision work for the second phase of the national flood control and drought relief command system,this paper briefly discusses how to implement information-based supervision.
