摘 要:随着国家经济的快速发展,各行各业给环境带来的问题也日益严重。建筑行业为解决该类问题,逐步建立了绿色建筑评价体系。通过增强建筑的绿色系数,提升建筑环境质量,从而减少建筑建设过程中对环境造成的污染,以及建筑对能源的消耗。本文旨在通过对比英国BREEAM标准、美国LEED标准,以及我国的绿色建筑评价体系,从评价体系的发展、组织类型、评价体系的具体内容等方面进行对比,总结三者的优劣,以此借鉴BREEAM、LEED的优点,结合国情对我国绿色建筑评价体系提出建议和意见。With the rapid development of the country’s economy, all walks of life have brought increasingly serious environmental problems. In order to solve this kind of problems in the construction industry, a green building evaluation system has been gradually established. By enhancing the green coefficient of buildings and improving the quality of the built environment, the pollution caused by buildings to the environment and the consumption of energy can be reduced. This paper aims to compare BREEAM in the UK, LEED in the US and the green building evaluation system in China, and summarizes the advantages and disadvantages of the evaluation system from the aspects of its development, organization types and specific contents, so as to learn the advantages of BREEAM and LEED and put forward suggestions and opinions for the green building evaluation system in China based on the national conditions.
