摘 要:严寒地区的采暖热源方式多种多样,有集中的燃煤热电联产、燃煤燃气区域锅炉;也有分散的地源热泵、水源热泵、空气源热泵、燃气壁挂炉、电采暖等方式。目前,学界对于这些采暖热源方式的实际能耗状况缺乏基础数据支撑,从而未形成统一的认识。本文结合设计师个人经验及相关规范规定,对严寒地区的地下车库,尤其是人防地下车库的采暖及通风设计等问题进行了探讨,针对各具特点的采暖方式进行比较,分析了现有设计中的一些问题,并提出一些个人建议。There are a variety of heating sources in severe cold areas, including centralized coal-fired cogeneration, coal-fired gas-fired regional boilers, and decentralized ground-source heat pumps, water-source heat pumps, air-source heat pumps, gas-fired boilers, and electric heating. At present, there is no basic data support for the actual energy consumption of these heating sources, and thus no unified understanding has been formed. Based on the designer’s personal experience and related regulations, this paper discusses the issues of heating and ventilation design of underground garages, especially civil air defense underground garages, and compares different heating methods. Some problems in the existing designs are compared and corresponding suggestions are put forward.
