摘  要:在数字化转型时代背景下,过去的组织管理模式已难以驾驭多重因素非线性关系的复杂系统。为适应商业环境的快速变化和客户需求的迅猛增长,中兴通讯通过实施结构化的项目管理方法渐进地引领全面的企业变革。中兴通讯以项目管理变革为抓手,实现了从职能型组织向矩阵型组织的转变,优化了组织战略与企业管理的传统方式。中兴通讯项目管理变革经历了项目级项目管理变革、组织级项目管理变革、业务流程重构变革三个阶段,当前正处在敏捷数字化转型过程中。历经十余年的坚定推进,项目管理已经成为实现当期经营业绩持续增长和达成企业长期发展目标的最有效形式。In the context of the digital transformation era,the traditional organizational management model has been difficult to control the complex system with multiple factors and nonlinear relations.In order to adapt to the rapid changes in the business environment and the rapid growth of customer demand,ZTE gradually leads the overall enterprise change through the implementation of structured project management method.ZTE takes the project management reform as the starting point,realizes the transformation from functional organization to matrix organization,and optimizes the traditional way of organization strategy and enterprise management.ZTE's project management reform has gone through three stages:project-level project management,organization-level project management and business process reengineering.It is currently in the process of agile digital transformation.After more than ten years of firm promotion,project management has become the most effective way to achieve sustained growth of current business performance and long-term development goals of the enterprise.
