摘　　要：目的观察急性左心衰竭患者的临床治疗效果。方法选择49例急性左心衰竭患者作为研究对象,回顾性分析患者的临床资料。结果49例急性左心衰竭患者经治疗,显效32例,有效13例,无效3例,死亡1例,治疗总有效率为91.84%。结论及时采取有效的治疗措施,能够提高急性左心衰竭患者的临床治疗效果,促进患者的康复,改善患者的生活质量,值得在临床进行广泛推广应用。Objective To observe the clinical treatment of patients with acute left heart failure.Methods A total of 49 patients with acute left heart failure as study subjects and their clinical data was retrospectively analyzed.Results Among 49 patients with acute left heart failure,there was 32 excellent cases,13 effective cases,3 ineffective cases and 1 dead case,with total effective rate of treatment as 91.84%.Conclusion Timely and effective treatment measures can improve the clinical treatment effect of patients with acute left heart failure,promote the rehabilitation of patients,improve the quality of life of patients,which is worthy of extensive promotion and application in clinic.
