嘉兴营商环境“北斗七星”格局的打造路径--在长三角一体化背景下

摘　　要：长三角一体化背景下,在嘉兴宏观营商环境的"北斗七星"格局中,交通网络环境和城市居住环境存在较大优势,产业平台环境、金融生态环境和创新创业环境短板较多,政务服务环境和平安法治环境有一定优势。政府部门有必要以城市营销的理念将嘉兴打造成具有高知名度的国际化宜居型城市环境、高忠诚度的市场化宜商型投资环境和高美誉度的法治化服务型政务环境的城市,带动高质量要素资源落户嘉兴。Against the backdrop of the integration of the Yangtze river delta, Jiaxing’s transportation network environment and urban living environment among its "Big Dipper" pattern of macro business environment have prominent advantages while its government service environment and security and regulatory environment have moderate advantages. However, there are still certain weaknesses in the industry platform environment, financial environment and innovation and entrepreneurship environment. Therefore, it is necessary for the government to build Jiaxing as a city famous for its international and livable environment, enjoying a high loyalty to its marketized investment environment fitted for commerce and a high reputation for its legalistic and service-oriented government and administrative environment to attract those who possess high-quality resources to settle down in Jiaxing.
