国内企业大学与普通高等院校规划设计差异研究

摘　　要：企业大学与普通高等院校有一定差异,采用传统高等院校思路的企业大学设计实践无法较好满足使用需求。文章将国内企业大学与普通高等院校从校园规模、使用功能、行为与空间等角度分析对比,明确需求的差异与规划设计侧重点,总结企业大学规划设计的一般思路、设计策略。我国企业大学建设起步较晚,拥有较大发展前景。通过对比研究,明确需求差异,对我国企业大学规划设计有启示作用。Corporate universities and normal colleges and universities have have a certain difference,the traditional ideas of university design strategy can’t meet the corporate university’s demand of use.This thesis will compare corporate universities and common universities from the aspects of campus scale,functional planning,and behavior&space analysis contrast,clearing the demand difference with planning and design focus,summarizes the enterprise university planning and design general train of thought of design strategy.Corporate university construction starts late in our country,with a bigger development prospect.Through comparative study,a clear demand difference,corporate university planning and design have enlightenment function to our country.
