摘　　要：某水泥有限公司镍渣输送、掺料项目于2017.3至2017.8完成设计、施工、调试、投产等相关工作,该控制系统是基于ForceControl和西门子S7-1200 PLC设计而成,实现了镍渣粉储存、输送、定量掺配,同时系统还具备实时在线标定、产量统计报表、系统电力能耗统计等功能。The design,construction,commissioning and commissioning of the nickel slag conveying and admixturing project of****Cement Co.,Ltd.were completed from March 2017 to August 2017.The control system was designed based on ForceControl and Siemens S7-1200 PLC,which realized the storage,transportation and quantitative mixing of nickel slag powder.At the same time,the system also had real-time online calibration output statistics report,system power consumption statistics and other functions.
