医院后勤社会化对抗击新冠肺炎疫情的影响和危机应对策略探析

摘　　要：分析了新冠肺炎疫情爆发导致疫区一些医院后勤保障系统无法正常运转的原因,提出了优化医院后勤服务社会化模块,落实后勤服务保障人员的待遇,增强医院后勤服务社会化团队荣誉感、归属感、责任感,做好医院后勤服务社会化团队继续培训教育工作,建设自有后勤服务危机应急团队,政府提供相关政策与资金支持,建立突发公共卫生危机时后勤保障补偿系统、应急社工服务队伍等对策。The reasons why the outbreak of the Novel Coronavirus Pneumonia caused some hospitals’ logistic support systems in the epidemic area to fail to operate normally were analyzed. To optimize the social service module of hospital logistic services,implement the treatment of logistic service support personnel,enhance the sense of honor,belonging and responsibility,continue to train and educate the team of hospital logistics services,build a crisis response team of its own logistics services,provide relevant policies and financial support by government,and establish compensation systems and social worker service teams were proposed in responding to public heath emergency.
