摘　　要：在深化卫生医疗体制改革的进程中,大学附属医院作为卫生系统和医疗教育体系的中坚力量,党和国家对其提出了更高的要求。各高校附属医院贯彻落实"健康中国"的战略时需要将党建工作、医疗工作和教学工作有机融合,让党建工作成为推进医院现代化的"永动机"。笔者探讨了中南大学湘雅三医院在深化医疗体制改革进程中,以党建工作为引领力,通过四个融合即党建与现代医院管理融合、党建学习线下线上融合、党建与业务融合、医院党建与区域党建融合,共同推进医院现代化建设的探索与实践。In the process of deepening the reform of health care system,university-affiliated hospitals,as the backbone of the health system and medical-education system,should meet the higher requirements by the party and the state.When the university-affiliated hospitals implement the " healthy China" strategy,it is necessary to integrate the party building work with the medical work and clinical teaching,so that the party building work becomes the " perpetual motivation" for promoting the hospital modernization. This article introduces the experience in how the Third Xiangya Hospital of Central South University in the process of deepening the medical system reform,with party building as the leading force,through four integrations,namely,the integration of party building and modern hospital management;the integration of party building learning online and offline;The integration of party building and operation;the integration of party building and regional party building,is devoted to the exploration and practice of hospital modernization.
