新形势下高校附属医院创建学习型、服务型、创新型党支部的探索

摘　　要：建设"三型"党支部是基层党组织建设面临的新课题,对加快高校附属医院发展意义重大。笔者结合医院实际,通过进一步加强支部书记队伍建设,创建要学习、能学习、会学习党支部,开展服务岗位一线系列活动,建立创新型党支部建设长效创新机制,培养以德为先、德才兼备人才,不断完善规章制度等措施,构建了"三型"党支部建设的内涵与方法,并取得了初步成效。As a new task for grassroots Party organizations,construction of Party branches on three-orientations( learning-oriented,service-oriented and innovation-oriented) is of great importance for further development of college-affiliated hospitals. To fulfill the new task,Foshan Stomatological Hospital has taken such measures as strengthening team construction of branch secretaries,establishing learning-focused Party branches,launching a series of front-line service activities,forging long-term mechanism of building innovative Party branches,cultivating morality-directed talents with high competency,perfecting rules and regulations,etc. This paper will illustrate the contents and methods for building the "three-orientation"Party branches,which has appeared to be working,on the basis of the aforementioned measures.
