摘　　要：以医联体背景下护理管理实践经验为例,提出了同质化、精细化护理管理在医联体建设中应用的效果。且通过下派专家的深入临床实践和指导,提高了帮扶医院的护理管理和技术水平。We explored the effect of homogeneity and delicacy management by concluding the experience in nursing management of the medical consortium. By designating experts to give detailed clinical guidance and practice,the level of nursing management and professionalism of assisted hospital was improved significantly.
