基于某三级甲等医院国家自然科学基金现况的科研能力提升探析

摘　　要：目的分析福建省某省级三级甲等综合性医院国家自然科学基金现状,为优化医院科研管理、提升科研能力提出合理化的建议。方法利用医院科研数据库对2014-2018年的国家自然基金立项数量、学科分布、项目负责人情况等指标进行统计分析;采用自主设计调查问卷对2019年国家自然基金申报对象进行调查,调查内容包括一般人口学特征,前期研究基础,基金申报的动力、困难及需求等方面。结果近5年国家自然基金立项数呈增长态势,但与优势省份同等级别医院相比,总体上获资助率较低,且科室间分布不平衡;存在研究基础薄弱、创新性差、缺乏实验室的空间和条件等问题;缺乏研究时间与人力是当前医务人员科研面临的主要困难。结论医院应充分重视,加大科研投入,完善科研支撑平台;组建科研创新团队,促进人才培养和引进;完善科研激励机制,增强内驱动力;积极搭建学术交流与科研合作平台等方式提升医院科研能力,从而促进学科发展。Objective To analyze the projects funded by the National Natural Science Foundation( NSFC) in a Class 1 Grade A hospital in Fujian and give suggestions for improving the scientific research management and ability. Methods The hospital scientific research database was used to make statistical analysis of the number,distribution of disciplines,project leaders and other indicators of the National Natural Science Foundation projects from 2014 to 2018. A self-designed questionnaire was used to investigate the general demographic characteristics,preliminary research basis,motivation,difficulties and demands of the applicants in 2019. Results In the past five years,the number of NSFC projects increased,but compared with the hospitals of the same level in the better developed provinces,the overall funding rate was lower,and the distribution across the departments of the hospital was unbalanced. There were some problems such as weak research foundation,poor innovation,lack of laboratories and conditions. Shortness of research time and manpower was the main difficulty.Conclusion The hospital administrations should pay more attention to scientific research,improve the supporting platform,establish scientific research and innovation team to promote personnel training,improve the incentive mechanism for scientific research,enhance the internal driving force and actively build platforms for academic exchanges and scientific research cooperation,so as to promote the development of medical disciplines.
