摘　　要：当前,医院信息部门存在信息资源供给总量与服务有效供给不足、难以满足日益多元化服务需求的供需矛盾。供给侧战略思路对缓解医院信息部门供需错配等问题有着重要指导意义。本文基于供给侧改革这一全新而又成熟视角审视并深入分析了信息部门服务供给端存在的相关问题,继而从供给侧发力提出了强化管理、补齐短板、调整结构、内涵建设、创新服务的一系列切实可行的改革思路与对策,来提高医院信息部门的服务质量和效率,更好地匹配和适应需求结构的变化。At present,there is a contradiction between the total supply of information resources and the effective supply of services in the Information Department of the hospital. The strategic thinking of supply side is of great significance to alleviate the mismatch between supply and demand in hospital information department. From the new and mature perspective of supply side reform,this paper examines and deeply analyzes the relevant problems existing in the service supply side of the information department,and then puts forward a series of practical reform suggestions and countermeasures from the supply side to strengthen management,supplement the shortcomings,adjust the structure,connotation construction and innovate the service,so as to improve the service quality and efficiency of the hospital information department and better match and adapt to changes in demand structure.
