摘　　要：目的探讨儿童保健团队在儿童免疫接种体检中的效果。方法选取2016年1月-2017年1月在医院下属社区卫生服务中心接受免疫接种体检的儿童100例作为观察组,实施免疫接种体检干预,同时选取2014年1月-2015年1月医院下属社区卫生服务中心接受免疫接种体检的儿童100例作为对照组,未实施免疫接种体检干预,分别对两组儿童的脉搏改变发生情况进行客观的比较,同时比较两组儿童家长的营养指导、疾病预防、疫苗接种、生长发育等保健知识知晓情况以及对工作的满意度。结果观察组和对照组儿童脉搏改变的发生率分别为19. 00%和58. 00%,组间比较,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05);两组儿童家长的营养指导、疾病预防、疫苗接种、生长发育等保健知识知晓情况比较,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05),且观察组儿童家长对服务工作的满意度亦高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论儿童保健团队对儿童实施免疫接种体检干预有助于促进儿童免疫接种和健康体检率的提高,且可在一定程度上提高儿童家长的健康教育知识知晓率和满意度。Objective To analyze the effect of child healthcare teams in children vaccination examination(VE).Methods A group of 100 children who received VE in the community healthcare service centers of our hospital from January 2016 to January 2017 were selected as subjects of the observation group,and another group of 100 kids from January 2014 to January 2015 as subjects of the control group. The former were intervened by a child healthcare team while the latter were not. The two groups were objectively compared in terms of pulse changes. Meanwhile,the two groups were also compared on healthcare knowledge of parents such as nutrition guidance,disease prevention,vaccination,growth,and job satisfaction. Results Incidences of pulse changes in the observation group and the control group were 19% and 58%,respectively,showing statistical significance(P < 0. 05). So was the difference in terms of parents’ knowledge of healthcare(P < 0. 05). Besides,the satisfaction level of parents of children in the observation group was also higher than that of the control group with the difference statistically significant(P < 0. 05). Conclusion Intervention from child healthcare teams helps promote vaccination rate and physical examination rate of children and,to some extent,enhance healthcare knowledge and satisfaction of parents as well.
