摘  要:2,4-二氯苯氧乙酸是一种使用较为广泛的除草剂,其生产过程中的氯化工段产生大量的含氯酚废水.本文针对该类废水的特点,选择实验室自配的W-S络合萃取剂,通过优化工艺条件如废水初始pH、油水比、萃取剂比例等对废水进行处理,结果表明,W-S萃取剂对体系中的酚类物质具有优良的萃取效果,废水化学需氧量去除率可达71%.另外,选取2,4,6-三氯苯酚为研究对象,通过萃取平衡实验,探讨2,4,6-三氯苯酚的萃取平衡特性,以建立2,4,6-三氯苯酚络合萃取平衡模型,并确定萃取体系中的萃合物组成.2,4-dichlorophenoxyacetic acid is a kind of widely used herbicide.In the manufacture of the 2,4-dichlorophenoxyacetic acid,the chlorination process can produce a large amount of chlorophenol wastewater.According to the characteristic of chlorophenol wastewater,the W-S complex extractant prepared in the laboratory was selected to pretreat this wastewater and the extraction conditions were optimized,such as the initial pH of wastewater,the composition of extractant,oil/water ratio and so on.These results show that the W-S extractant has an excellent extraction effect on phenolic pollutants and the chemical oxygen demand of the original wastewater is decreased to 71%.2,4,6-trichlorophenol was selected as target pollutant and its equilibrium properties were investigated by extraction experiments.The extraction equilibrium model of 2,4,6-trichlorophenol was established and the composition of the extraction system was also determined.
