摘  要:为提高泡沫硅胶阻燃性能,拓宽泡沫硅胶的应用领域,以液体硅胶为基材,含氢硅油为交联剂,六苯氧基环三磷腈(HPCTP)为阻燃剂,炔醇为抑制剂,采用硅氢加成法制备了HPCTP阻燃泡沫硅胶材料。通过极限氧指数仪、垂直燃烧仪、锥形量热仪对阻燃泡沫硅胶的阻燃性能进行了评价,结果表明HPCTP有助于提升泡沫硅胶的阻燃性能,氧指数较空白样26%提高15.4%,达到30%,垂直燃烧从V-2级提高到V-0级,点火时间从94 s延迟到525 s,延迟458.5%,总热释放量和单位质量产热率较空白试样27.26 MJ/m 2和30.5 kJ/kg,分别降低57.4%和80.2%,达到11.6 MJ/m 2和6 kJ/kg.采用TG-DTG对泡沫硅胶热稳定性进行了评价,T 1max和T 2max最大失重速率对应的温度较空白样367℃和476℃分别提高21℃和43℃,延缓了泡沫硅胶的分解。SEM研究了HPCTP对泡沫硅胶泡孔结构的影响,发现HPCTP对泡孔结构无影响,有助于改善泡孔的均一性。综上,HPCTP添加可有效改善泡沫硅胶的阻燃性能,尤其对点火时间和最大热失重分解温度有显著提高,总热释放量、单位质量产热率有较大改善。In order to improve the flame retardant properties and broaden the application of silicone foam,HPCTP flame retardant silicone foam was prepared by using liquid silicone as matrix,hydrogen silicone oil as crosslinking agent,hexaphenoxycyclotriphosphazene(HPCTP)as flame retardant,and the acetylenic alcohol as the inhibitor.The flame retardant properties of the flame retardant silicone foam were evaluated by the limiting oxygen index,vertical combustion and cone calorimeter.The results showed that HPCTP can improve the flame retardant properties of the silicone foam,and compared with the blank sample,the oxygen index increased from 26%to 30%.The total heat release amount and the unit mass heat generation rate of the blank sample were 27.26 MJ/m 2 and 30.5 kJ/kg,respectively.Compared with the blank sample,the total heat release amount and the unit mass heat yield of the sample were decreased by 57.4%and by 80.2%,respectively,which reached 11.6 MJ/m 2 and 6 kJ/kg.The thermal stability of the silicone foam was evaluated by TG-DTG.The maximum weight loss rate of T 1max and T 2max was increased by 21℃and by 43℃respectively,compared with 367℃and 476℃,which delayed the decomposition of the silica foam.The effect of HPCTP on the cell structure of the silicone foam was investigated by SEM.It was found that HPCTP had no effect on the cell structure and thus helped to improve the cell uniformity.In summary,the HPCTP can effectively improve the flame retardant properties of the silicone foam,especially for the ignition time and for the maximum thermal weight loss decomposition temperature,and the total heat release amount and the heat yield per unit mass are greatly improved.
