摘　　要：妊娠晚期超声检查不仅可以监测胎儿的生长发育情况,其检查指标还可以预测新生儿出生状况,为早期临床干预提供重要依据,提高新生儿的出生质量。本文就妊娠晚期羊水指数、胎儿血流参数、胎心率及胎盘成熟度指标与新生儿出生状况的研究进展进行综述。Ultrasound examination in late pregnancy can not only monitor the growth and development of the fetus,but its examination indicators can also reflect the birth status of the newborn,which provide an important basis for early clinical intervention,and is helpful to improve the birth quality of the newborn.This article reviews the research progress of the application value of amniotic fluid index,fetal blood flow parameter index,fetal heart rate and placental maturity index in the neonatal birth status in late pregnancy.
