摘  要:为了获得大量健壮的三叶半夏组培苗,考察NaCl胁迫对三叶半夏丛生芽生长的影响。在三叶半夏丛生芽的增殖阶段,分别加入0、1、2、3和4 g/L NaCl,培养30 d后,测定丛生芽的外观形态和增殖状况。结果表明:在丛生芽增殖阶段,随着NaCl质量浓度的增加,T2与T2+丛生芽的增殖系数、叶柄长度和叶柄直径先增后降,丛生芽的干物率与NaCl质量浓度呈正相关;NaCl质量浓度为1和2 g/L时,T2与T2+丛生芽的生长优于对照组;NaCl质量浓度为2 g/L时,T2与T2+丛生芽的增殖系数分别比对照组提高了3.14%和4.86%,T2与T2+丛生芽的叶柄长度分别比对照组提高了9.23%和9.05%,T2与T2+丛生芽的叶柄直径分别比对照组提高了8.65%和7.62%;NaCl质量浓度为3和4 g/L时,丛生芽的生长受到明显抑制。To obtain a large number of robust tissue culture seedlings, the effects of NaCl stress on cluster buds growth of Pinellia ternata(P. ternata) were investigated. In the proliferation stage of cluster buds of P. ternata, 0, 1, 2, 3 and 4 g/L NaCl were added to the cluster buds culture medium. After 30 d, the plant morphology and proliferation of cluster buds were determined. Results revealed that the proliferation coefficient, petiole length and petiole diameter of T2 and T2+ cluster buds increased at first and then decreased, and the dry matter was positively correlated with the concentration of NaCl. When the mass concentration of NaCl was 1 and 2 g/L, the growth of T2 and T2+ cluster buds were better than that of the control group. At 2 g/L NaCl, the proliferation coefficient of T2 and T2+ cluster buds increased by 3.14% and 4.86% respectively, the petiole length of T2 and T2+ cluster buds increased 9.23% and 9.05% respectively, and the petiole diameter of T2 and T2+ cluster buds increased 8.65% and 7.62% respectively as compared with the control group. When the mass concentration of NaCl reached 3 and 4 g/L, the growth of cluster buds was significantly inhibited.
