摘　　要：[目的]编制生物·心理·社会医学模式下的肿瘤病人专科护理服务需求评估量表,评估肿瘤病人专科护理服务需求与供给满足现状.[方法]基于生物·心理·社会医学模式理论,经过查阅国内外文献、半结构式访谈、专家咨询编制肿瘤病人专科护理服务需求评估量表.采用评估量表于2017年9月—2018年5月对贵州省4所三级甲等医院650例肿瘤住院病人的专科护理服务需求与供给满足现状进行调查.[结果]编制的肿瘤病人专科护理服务需求评估量表包括3个一级指标、9个二级指标、45个三级指标,累计方差贡献率为64.478%,Cronbach'sα系数为0.932,内容效度为0.906.肿瘤病人9个二级指标的专科护理需求不同,且护理需求与供给之间存在差异(t=43.716,P=0.000).[结论]肿瘤病人存在多元化的健康需求,并且健康需求与供给之间存在差异.Objective:To compile a demand assessment scale for specialized care services for tumor patients on the base of bio psycho social medical model,and to evaluate current situation of demand and supply of specialized care services for tumor patients.Methods:Based on the bio psycho social medical model theory,assessment scale for specialized nursing service needs of tumor patients was developed by looking up domestic and foreign literatures,making semi structured interview and expert consultation.From September 2017 to May 2018,a self made evaluation scale was used to investigate the current status of the demand and supply of specialized nursing services among 650 cases of tumor inpatients in four tertiary grade A hospitals in Guizhou province.Results:Scale of specialty care service demand of patients with tumors consisted of three first level indicators,nine second level indicators and forty five third level indicators,with the cumulative variance contribution rate of 64.478%.Cronbach'sαcoefficient was 0.932.And content validity was 0.906.Specialty nursing needs of tumor patients in 9 second level were different.There are significant differences between nursing needs and supply(t=43.716,P=0.000).Conclusion:Tumor patients have diversified health needs.There are difference between nursing needs and supply.
