新疆洛浦县布尔库木水库溃坝洪水数值模拟

摘　　要：布尔库木水库位于新疆和田地区洛浦县多鲁乡境内,水库周边及下游居民点、耕地密布,水库一旦发生溃坝洪水事件危害较大。根据水库工程特性,采用BREACH模型和简化计算法模拟溃坝洪水。BREACH模型是应用泥沙冲刷公式计算溃口发展过程和溃决流量过程的模型,无需预先设定溃口最终形态。简化计算法计算简单、参数少,可计算坝址处最大溃坝流量。研究成果对制定水库突发洪水事件应急预案和风险评估,以及其他均质土坝小型水库溃坝模拟具有一定指导意义。Buerkumu reservoir is located in Duolu Township,Luopu County,Hetian District,Xinjiang.There are dense settlements and cultivated land around the reservoir and downstream.Once the dam-break flood happened,the reservoir will be more harmful.According to the characteristics of reservoir engineering,BREACH model and simplified calculation method are used to simulate dam-break flood.BREACH model is a model for calculating the development process and discharge process of breach by using the formula of sediment scouring.It does not need to preset the final shape of breach.The simplified calculation method is simple and has few parameters,so it can calculate the maximum dam-break flow at the dam site.The research results have certain guiding significance for the formulation of emergency plan and risk assessment of reservoir sudden flood events,as well as for the simulation of dam break of small reservoirs with homogeneous earth dams.
