芪参益气滴丸对心肌梗死后大鼠血管新生的观察

摘　　要：目的研究芪参益气滴丸对大鼠心肌梗死后血管新生的影响。方法成年雄性Wistar大鼠共30只,随机分为芪参益气滴丸组、心肌梗死组和假手术组,结扎冠状动脉左前降支建立心肌梗死模型,4周后处死大鼠,部分标本行HE染色和TCC染色,测定相应的心肌梗死面积、梗死边缘区心肌血管密度。结果芪参益气滴丸组大鼠心梗面积比心肌梗死组大鼠明显减少,新生血管增多,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论芪参益气滴丸可以减少心梗面积,增加心梗后的新生血管。Objective To investigate the effect of stimulating angiogenesis of Qishen Yiqi dropping pills in rat with Myocardial Infarction.Methods 30 rats were randomly divided into 3 groups:Qishen Yiqi dropping pills groups,AMI groups and sham operated groups.The rat model of myocardial infarction(MI)was established by ligation of the left anterior descending coronary artery.The rats were sacrificed 4 weeks later,and segmental heart samples were used for HE staining and TCC staining.Infarct area and vascular density in the edge of infarct section were measured.Results The area of MI in Qishen Yiqi dropping pills groups were decreased significantly.the number of new blood vessels were increased significantly in comparison with those in AMI group.Conclusion Qishen Yiqi dropping pills could decrease infarct area and increased angiogenesis of the myocardial infarction rat.
