摘 要:九龙山地区地质条件复杂,陆相地层井段长,研磨性强,可钻性差;而海相地层高压高密度井段长,局部高含硫化氢或高压盐水层,工程地质复杂,导致井漏、井涌、卡钻、深部地层定向托压、安全钻探等问题突出。针对该区地质和工程难点,提出了安全快速钻井集成化提速方案:①优化井身结构,采用七开钻井满足对井下复杂压力系统的封隔;②采用砾石层专用牙轮钻头+重型减震器钻进技术和复合钻头+中低速螺杆钻具复合钻进技术解决陆相高研磨地层提速难的问题;③利用"刚性粒子+高失水"堵漏技术解决了深部海相地层裂缝性漏失问题;④利用配套井控技术解决钻遇裂缝性喷漏同存地层井控困难的问题;⑤利用有机盐强抑制防塌钻井液体系解决井底高温高压、润滑性及抗污染的问题;⑥使用扭摆系统,满足深井、小井眼、高密度条件下定向对降摩减阻,减小托压的要求。结果表明:自2013年在九龙山地区推广应用该技术方案后,机械钻速逐年提高,钻井周期逐年缩短,事故复杂率逐年下降。In Jiulongshan area, Sichuan Basin, featured by complicated geological conditions, the majority of continental formations are of strong abrasiveness and poor drillability, and their hole section is often long. But, other marine formations are commonly characterized by high pressure and density, long hole section, locally rich sulfur content, and high pressure in brine layers, bringing about complexities in engineering and geology, such as lost circulation, well kick, pipe sticking, directional backing pressure in some deeper formations, and serious drilling safety and other problems. So, six schemes to carry on safe and fast drilling and to improve the rate of penetration(ROP) are put forward, including,(1) to optimize wellbore structure and to adopt seven-section drilling to implement sealing of complex downhole pressure system;(2) to apply one technology of cone bit specially used in gravels + heavy-duty buffer and another technology of compound bit + medium-to-low-speed positive displacement drilling to solve some difficulty on ROP improvement in these continental high-abrasiveness formations;(3) to make use of a plugging technology of "rigid particle + high water loss" to deal with fractured leakage in those deeper marine formations;(4) to adopt some supporting well-control technologies to solve well-control difficulty when drilling into fractured formations with both blowout and leakage;(5) to apply an organic-salt drilling-fluid system with strong suppression and anti-collapse to solve some problems of high temperature and pressure, lubrication, and anti-pollution in bottomhole;and(6) to take advantage of a torsional pendulum system to meet the demand of directional operation in terms of friction reduction and backing pressure decrease under the conditions of deeper wells, slim hole, and high density.
