摘　　要：某钢厂六辊5机架酸轧联合机组,以三维造型软件UG为工具,采用扫描特征、阵列特征、镜像特征等建模方法,立体呈现了酸轧机组,并分析了纠偏辊和活套的配备情况。从原料选择、过程工艺控制、开卷离线检验等方面阐述了酸轧机组生产流程。实践证明,UG三维模型比二维CAD图纸和示意图更直观立体,更便于快速了解生产线。By applying three dimensional modeling software UG and taking modeling means of scanning characteristics,array characteristics and image characteristics,the solid pickling-rolling unit has been established of a 6-roll and 5-housing pickling-rolling integral unit in a steel plant,further equipping situation of correction roll and looperhave also been analyzed.Production flow of the pickling-rolling unit has been illustrated from aspects of material selection,process control and uncoiling off-line detection.The practice verified that UG three dimensional model was more intuitive and solid than two dimensional CAD drawing to understand production line soon.
