富血小板血浆应用对慢性创面愈合患者炎性因子的影响

摘　　要：目的观察富血小板血浆(PRP)在慢性创面愈合中的应用效果。方法选取2018年12月-2019年5月郑州人民医院收治的慢性创面患者60例,根据随机方法分为A、B组,每组30例。A组应用PRP处理,B组以碘伏敷料换药。比较2组创面愈合情况,治疗前后炎性因子分泌情况,并发症发生情况。结果 A组创面愈合率为93. 33%,高于B组的73. 33%(P <0. 05);治疗后,2组炎性因子(TNF-α、IL-6、IL-8)水平较治疗前均下降,且A组下降幅度大于B组(P <0. 01);A组并发症发生率为3. 33%,低于B组的20. 00%(P <0. 05)。A组伤口愈合时间、换药次数、疼痛评分均低于B组(P <0. 01)。结论相较于常规换药、包扎处理,利用PRP能促进慢性创面愈合,抗炎抑菌,预防多种并发症的发生,值得推广应用。Objective Observe the effect of platelet-rich plasma(PRP) in chronic wound healing. Methods Sixty patients with chronic wounds treated in Zhengzhou People’s Hospital from December 2018 to May 2019 were selected and divided into groups A and B according to the random method,with 30 cases in each group. Group A was treated with PRP According to the random method group,and group B was changed with iodophor dressing. The wound healing status,inflammatory factor secretion and complications before and after treatment were compared between the two groups. Results The wound healing rates of group A and group B were 93. 33% and 73. 33%(P < 0. 05). Before treatment,the inflammatory factors of the two groups were compared(P > 0. 05);after treatment,the two groups were significantly reduced compared with before treatment,and group A was more ideal than group B(P < 0. 01). The complications of group A and group B were 3. 33% and 20. 00%(P < 0. 05). The wound healing time,dressing times and pain scores of group A were lower than group B(P <0. 01). Conclusion Compared with conventional dressing and dressing treatment,the use of platelet-rich plasma can promote chronic wound healing,anti-inflammatory and antibacterial,and prevent the occurrence of various complications,which is worth promoting.
