摘　　要：为给西安2021年全运会的交通筹备工作提供依据,并为后续相关大型活动交通规划提供借鉴,在2021年全运会战略目标的指引下,提出了全运会交通规划四大关键点:准确找出片区现状交通的核心问题、全面摸清全运会交通特征、经济平抑全运会期间的客流冲击、高效组织全运会疏散交通。运用海量数据、多种场景模拟、动态模型和压力测试4种前沿方法对此进行了研究。通过交通模拟和交通测算发现,全运会高峰时间奥体中心周边道路运行良好,路网、地铁、公交等各个交通系统能够正常运行。In order to provide a basis for the transport preparation of Xi'an 2021 National Games and to provide the reference for the transport planning of the follow-up related large-scale activities,and guided by the strategic objectives of 2021 National Games,four key points of the transport planning for the National Games are put forward.Four key points are to accurately find out the core problems of current regional traffic,to comprehensively understand the traffic characteristics of the National Games,to economically stabilize the impact of passenger flow during the National Games,and to efficiently organize the evacuation traffic of the National Games.Four frontier methods of mass data,multi-scene simulation,dynamic model and pressure test are applied to study.Through the traffic simulation and traffic calculation,it is found that the roads around the Olympic Sports Center during the peak time of the National Games are running well,and the road network,subway,bus and other transportation systems can operate normally.
