摘 要:在箱形梁桥悬臂施工中,监控精度受多种因素影响。其中,温度效应的作用较大,且温度变化对桥梁结构挠度和受力都将产生影响。那么,对箱形梁桥监控中温度应力的分析显得更为重要。现基于有限元方法,按照设计温度梯度变化进行数值分析,进而探索温度荷载作用,施工过程中悬臂箱梁顶板和底板的应力变化规律。基于此,确保箱形梁桥施工的受力安全,并有益于桥梁线形的合理控制。其研究成果可为箱形梁桥施工监控提供一定理论和技术支持,且对提高箱形梁桥的耐久性具有重要意义。In the cantilever construction of box girder bridges,the monitoring accuracy is affected by many factors in which the temperature effect has a greater impact,and the temperature changes will have a great impact on the deflection and stress of bridge structures.It is particularly important to analyze the temperature stress in the monitoring of box beam bridges.Based on the finite element method,according to the designed temperature gradient changes,the numerical analysis is carried out to explore the temperature loading,and the stress variation law of the roof and bottom plate of cantilever box girder during construction.Based on this,the stress safety of box girder bridge is ensured during construction,which is beneficial to the reasonable control of bridge alignment.This study result can provide some theoretical and technical support for construction monitoring of the box girder bridges,and it is of great significance to improve the durability of box girder bridges.
