摘　　要：犯罪现场摄影是记录犯罪现场周围环境、位置、内部状况及痕迹物证特征的专门摄影。犯罪现场摄影构图就是利用摄影构图原理来更好地记录与反映犯罪现场内外部状态与犯罪行为所造成的犯罪结果之间的关联性的图像构成。犯罪现场构图不仅与犯罪现场摄影内容(种类)、方法密切相关,也与摄影构图要素、原理关系密切。犯罪现场摄影构图属于犯罪现场记录与摄影构图理论的有机融合。The photography of crime scenes is specialized in recording the surroundings, places, inner conditions and trace evidences’ characteristics of the scenes. The photographic composition of crime scenes is a good record and reflection of the relations between the inner and outer situation of crime scenes and the results caused by criminal behaviors. It is connected not only with the contents and methods of the photography at crime scenes, but also with the elements and principles of photographic composition. It is an organic synthesis of crime scene records and photographic composition theories.
