摘　　要：PMBOK是PMI制定的项目管理知识体系指南。2017年9月发布的PMBOK第六版是PMI对项目管理知识体系的最新研究成果。梳理PMBOK第六版的变化,从PMBOK知识体系的变化中窥探项目管理发展的新趋势,包括项目的组织属性进一步放大、项目经理的角色更加重要、项目知识的管理对项目成功的推动作用更加显著、敏捷型项目生命周期得到越来越广泛的应用、风险管理从单个项目风险到整体项目风险。The PMBOK guide identifies the subset of the project management body of knowledge that is generally recognized as good practice. The 6 th version of PMBOK issued by PMI in September 2017 contains the newest research findings, from which the developing trend of project management can be foreseen, including the enlarged organizational property of project, more important role played by project manager, the fact that management of project knowledge could significantly promote the success of project, more and more applications of agile or hybrid approaches in project management, risk management from individual project risk to overall project risk.
