摘　　要：北京作为中华人民共和国的首都,集聚了国家金融监管机构与货币政策管理部门,汇集了大量国内外金融机构总部,是国家金融管理中心,更是中国金融业业对外开放的战略性高地。新时期北京市金融业对外开放将面临崭新的历史性机遇,同时也面临一系列挑战,本文在理顺机制体制问题的基础上,提出新时期北京市金融业对外开放的针对性措施,为北京市金融业形成高质量对外开放格局的建言献策。Beijing, as the capital of the People’s Republic of China, gathers national financial regulatory agencies and monetary policy management departments, and brings together a large number of domestic and foreign financial institution headquarters. It is a national financial management center and a strategic highland for the opening up of China’s financial industry. In the new era, the opening up of Beijing’s financial industry will face new historical opportunities as well as a series of challenges. Based on the rationalization of the mechanism and system, this article proposes targeted measures for opening up the financial industry in Beijing in the new period. The city’s financial industry has formed suggestions and suggestions for a high-quality opening-up pattern.
