摘　　要：皖北地区地域广阔,资源丰富,为安徽及周边发达地区的发展提供了资源、人力支持,但皖北自身经济落后,经济发展出现诸多问题。文本深入分析皖北地区经济社会发展的现状,找出经济发展的主要制约因素,提出解放思想,融入长三角一体化发展;加强高素质人才引进和培养;合理招商引资,促进皖北地区产业结构转型升级;推动皖北地区科技创新等四点策略实现皖北县域经济高质量发展。North Anhui has a vast area and abundant resources, which provides resources and manpower support for the development of Anhui and surrounding developed areas. However, North Anhui’s own economy is lagging behind and many problems have arisen in economic development. The text analyzes the current status of economic and social development in northern Anhui, finds out the main constraints on economic development, proposes emancipating the mind and integrating into the integrated development of the Yangtze River Delta;strengthening the introduction and training of high-quality talents;rationally attracting investment and promoting the industrial structure in northern Anhui transformation and upgrading;promoting scientific and technological innovation in northern Anhui to achieve high-quality development of the county economy in northern Anhui.
