摘 要:C2C电子商务环境下的第三方退换货逆向物流中,消费者退换货比例居高不下。这引发了因逆向物流而导致的物流资源浪费和一些不必要的运费支出,增加了C2C电子商务买卖双方的物流成本,降低了C2C商家利润空间,在一定程度上延长了客户等待时间,影响了客户服务水平。针对上述问题,文章提出对现有C2C电子商务第三方退换货逆向物流加以优化,构建第三方退换货逆向物流信息平台并明确各方的退换货流程,以期达到多方共赢的目的。In the reverse logistics of the third-party goods return and exchange under the C2 C e-commerce environment, the proportion of customers’ goods return and exchange remains high. This leads to the waste of logistics resources and some unnecessary freight expenses caused by reverse logistics, increases the logistics cost of both parties of C2 C e-commerce, reduces the profit space of C2 C merchants, extends the waiting time of customers to a certain extent, and affects the service level of customers. In view of the above problems, this paper proposes to optimize the existing C2 C e-commerce third-party goods return and exchange reverse logistics, build the third-party goods return and exchange reverse logistics information platform and clarify the return and exchange process of all parties, in order to achieve the purpose of multi win.
