摘　　要：在国家大力支持居民健康档案建设的大环境下,依据国家居民电子健康档案标准,研究如何评价社区居民健康档案工作的建设成效,推动健康档案工作科学化,规范化的进行,是健康中国的时代要求,也是科研工作者的现实责任。通过建立社区健康档案工作评价体系,结合社区医院建设现状,分析居民健康档案建设状况,输出切实可行的考核报告,在具体使用中发现问题解决问题,在实践中完善系统平台,为社区健康档案评价工作提供参考依据。Under the environment that the state strongly supports the construction of residents’ health archives,according to the national standards of residents’ electronic health archives,it is the requirement of the era of healthy China and the practical responsibility of scientific researchers to study how to evaluate the construction effect of community residents’ health archives and promote the scientific and standardized work of health archives. Through the establishment of the evaluation system of community health archives,combined with the current situation of community hospital construction,the paper analyzes the construction status of residents’ health archives,outputs practical assessment reports,finds problems and solves problems in specific use,improves the system platform in practice,and provides reference for the evaluation of community health archives.
