摘　　要：西柏坡时期是新华社历史上具有特殊意义的重要时期,在这个时期形成了新中国新闻工作的思想理论基础,建立完善了新闻体制,为新中国培养了大批新闻专业人才,建立了无产阶级新闻事业。毛泽东亲自指导新闻工作铸就了西柏坡新闻工作的辉煌。西柏坡新闻工作坚持全党办报、群众办报,体现了党性和人民性;坚持实事求是,捍卫了新闻的真实性;坚持"两个务必",发扬了谦虚谨慎、艰苦奋斗的精神;坚持马克思主义新闻观,引领了社会主义核心价值体系。当今时代,我们可以通过开展新华社旧址实地参观及培训活动、走进高校新闻传播专业开展教育学术活动,通过网站及电视等全媒体宣传报道西柏坡新闻史,融合红色文艺、红色影视文化载体等多种途径学习和传承西柏坡新闻精神。The Xibaipo period is an important period of special significance in the history of Xinhua News Agency.During this period,the ideological and theoretical basis of journalism in New China is formed,a journalism system is established and a large number of journalism professionals are trained for New China,and Proletarian Journalism is established.Mao Zedong’s personal guidance of journalism creates a glory of Xibaipo journalism.Xibaipo’s press work adheres to running newspapers by the whole party and the masses,which reflects the party and people’s nature;adheres to the truth and defendsthe authenticity of the news;adheres to the"two musts"and promotes the spirit of modesty,prudence,and hard work;doctrine of journalism leads the core value system of socialism.In today’s era,we can carry out field visits and training activities at Xinhua News Agency’s former site,and enter educational and academic activities in the journalism and communication specialty of colleges and universities.We can cover the news history of Xibaipo through the media and websites,including television,and integrate red literature and art,red film and television cultural carriers.
