摘 要:目的探究中药蒲黄溶液对急性胸椎脊髓损伤大鼠模型伤后行为能力的影响。方法50只SPF级雌性SD大鼠适应性喂养后随机选取10只予以切除椎板但不损伤脊髓处理(A组),其余40只建立急性胸椎脊髓损伤模型并随机分为B、C、D、E组,每组10只。A、B组予生理盐水,C、D、E组分别按照1、5、10 g/kg的剂量标准给予蒲黄溶液灌胃,观察5组大鼠造模后1、7、14、21、28、35 d Basso Beattie Bresnahan(BBB)神经运动功能评分。结果D、E组造模后2周即恢复后肢运动,C组于造模后3周出现后肢轻微活动,B组造模后4周方出现关节轻微活动。造模后5周,B、C组BBB评分未有改善(P>0.05),D、E组肢体功能改善,与其他各组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论蒲黄可促进急性脊髓损伤大鼠模型的康复,具体表现在伤后功能恢复起始时间早,恢复结局良好。Objective To investigate the effect of pollen typhae(Puhuang)solution on behavior ability of rat models with acute thoracic spinal cord injury(SCI).Methods Fifty female SD rats of SPF grade were adaptively fed,in which 10 rats were randomly selected to perform laminectomy without involving spinal cord(group A).Acute thoracic SCI models of the remaining 40 rats were established,which of them were randomly divided into groups B,C,D,E respectively(n=10).Rats in groups A and B were given saline,while rats of groups C,D,and E were intragastrically given 1,5 and 10 g/kg of Puhuang solutions,respectively.Neuromotor function was observed separately at 1,7,14,21,28,35 d after modeling in all rats according to Basso Beattie Bresnahan(BBB)score.Results At 2 weeks after modeling,recovery of hindlimb movement was found in rats of groups D and E,while rats in group C had slight hindlimb movement at 3 weeks after modeling,and rats in group B had slight joint motion at 4 weeks after modeling.At 5 weeks after modeling,BBB score of rats in groups B and C were still poor(P>0.05);Limb functions of groups D and E were improved,there were statistical differences when compared with other groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Puhuang can promote the rehabilitation of rat models after acute SCI,mainly reflects in the earlier occurrence time of recovery,and better outcome of recovery.
