摘  要:纳米羟基磷灰石(n HA)具有良好的生物相容性、生物活性和骨传导性,是一种性能优异的骨修复材料,但脆性大、强度低,不适合直接用于骨缺损治疗。近年来随着材料学、组织工程学以及纳米技术的快速发展,nHA复合生物材料逐渐成为骨组织领域的研究热点。本文综述nHA复合骨缺损替代材料的制备、生物相容性、机械性能及其在骨缺损治疗中的应用,旨在为寻找理想的人工骨缺损修复材料提供参考。As a kind of bone repair materials with excellent-performance,nano hydroxyapatite(nHA)has good biocompatibility,bioactivity and bone conductivity.However,it is not suitable for treatment of bone defects directly due to its higher brittleness and lower strength.In recent years,with the rapid development of materials science,tissue engineering and nanotechnology,nHA composite biomaterials have gradually become a hotspot in the field of bone tissue.In this paper,preparation,biocompatibility,mechanical properties of n HA composite bone defect substitutes,as well as its application in the treatment of bone defects were reviewed,so as to provide references for the search of ideal artificial bone defect repair materials.
