摘　　要：下胫腓骨化与骨性连接是踝部及下胫腓损伤患者术后并不罕见的并发症。本文重点介绍下胫腓骨化与骨性连接的发病机制和危险因素,并就其临床及影像学特点、治疗及预后等方面的研究进展进行文献回顾。Distal tibiofibular ossification and synostosis is not an uncommon complication of postoperative patients with ankle or distal tibiofibular trauma.In this paper,pathogenesis and risk factors of distal tibiofibular ossification and synostosis are emphasized,and the related literatures are reviewed to present the current researches of its clinical characteristics,imaging features,treatment strategies and prognosis.
