摘 要:采用直径为11μm的玻璃纤维(GF)ERS200-11-T635B增强改性聚酰胺66(PA66),GF质量分数为25%,将二硫化钼HY-WR10和有机氟化合物HY-OF05进行复配,构建高效耐磨体系,使用偶联剂KH550和KH560进行表面处理后,通过熔融共混法制备低磨耗高性能GF增强PA66复合材料。对复合材料的力学性能、热变形温度、摩擦因数和磨损质量进行测试,对比分析GF直径、耐磨助剂的粒径和添加量、偶联剂的添加量对复合材料的强度、耐磨性和耐热性的影响。结果表明:当GF的直径为11μm,HY-WR10和HY-OF05按照1∶1质量比复配,质量分数为3%,KH550和KH560按照1∶1质量比复配,质量分数为0.5%时,复合材料具有较高的力学强度,摩擦因数为0.284,磨损质量为3.5 mg,热变形温度达到238℃,综合性能最佳。The glass fiber(GF)ERS200-11-T635B with a diameter of 11μm was used to reinforce and modify polyamide 66(PA66).The mass fraction of GF was 25%.The molybdenum disulfide HY-WR10 and the organic fluorine compound HY-OF05 were compounded to construct an efficient wear-resistant system.After surface treatment with the coupling agents KH550 and KH560,the GF reinforced PA66 composite with low wear and high performance was prepared by melt blending.The mechanical properties,thermal deformation temperature,friction coefficient and wear amount of the composite were tested.The effects of GF diameter,particle size and amount of wear-resistant additives,and the amount of coupling agent on the strength,wear resistance and heat resistance of the composite were compared and analyzed.The results show that when the diameter of the GF is 11μm,the mass ratio of HY-WR10 and HY-OF05 is 1∶1,the mass fraction is 3%,the mass ratio of KH550 and KH560 is 1∶1,the mass fraction is 0.5%,the composite has higher mechanical strength,the friction coefficient is 0.284,the wear amount is 3.5 mg,the thermal deformation temperature is 238℃,and the comprehensive performance is the best.
