摘 要:目的探讨基于微信平台的微课堂在超声诊断学教学中应用的效果。方法选择2015级医学影像学专业两个大班学生作为研究对象,分为实验组和对照组,一大班56人作为对照组,采用传统教学方法;二大班55人作为实验组,采用传统教学方法和基于微信平台的微课堂教学共同应用于超声诊断学教学中,大课及实习结束时对两组影像学学生进行理论考试和操作考试,并发放满意度调查问卷,了解学生对教学效果的满意度。结果观察组学生理论考试成绩为(94.50±2.10)分、操作考试成绩为(90.50±2.08)分,对照组学生理论考试成绩为(91.05±2.20)分、操作考试成绩为(86.50±2.90)分,两组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组学生对教学效果的满意度优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论基于微信平台的微课堂应用于超声诊断学教学中,可以增强学生自主学习能力和学习效率,提高教学效果。Objective To explore the effect of the application of WeChat platform in ultrasonic diagnosis teaching.Methods Two large classes of students majoring in medical imaging in 2015 were selected as the research objects,which were divided into experimental group and control group,56 students in the first class as the control group,and the traditional teaching method was used;55 students in the second class as the experimental group,and the traditional teaching method and WeChat based micro classroom teaching were used in the teaching of ultrasonic diagnostics.At the end of the big class and the practice,the two groups of imaging were studied The students take the theory test and operation test,and issue the satisfaction questionnaire to understand the students'satisfaction with the teaching effect.Results The theoretical test scores of the observation group were(94.50±2.10)points,the operational test scores were(90.50±2.08)points,the theoretical test scores of the control group were(91.05±2.20)points and the operational test scores were(86.50±2.90)points,the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05);the satisfaction of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of WeChat platform based micro classroom in ultrasonic diagnosis teaching can enhance students'autonomous learning ability,learning efficiency and teaching effect.
