摘　　要：消防工作是医院重要的保障性工作。消防档案是医院消防工作基本情况的原始记录,是医院消防工作合法性、完整性的真实体现。建好、管好、用好消防档案,既是上级机关、主管单位和消防机构检查考核医院消防安全管理工作开展情况的重要依据,也是医院保卫部门加强日常消防工作的第一手的资料。医院消防档案管理的基础在“建”,建好消防档案是打好消防安全管理的基础;关键在“管”,要同时加强对相关消防体系涉及的人、物、事的管理;目标在“用”,要使消防档案可用、愿用、好用。做好消防档案管理,也是体现医院整体实力的一个重要方面。Fire fighting is an important support work in hospitals.Fire file is the original record of the basic situation of hospital fire work,and it is the true embodiment of the legitimacy and integrity of hospital fire work.Building,managing and using fire-fighting files well are not only an important basis for higher-level authorities,competent units and firefighting agencies to inspect and assess the development of fire safety management in hospitals,but also the first-hand information for hospital security departments to strengthen daily fire protection work.The foundation of hospital fire file management is"construction",the key lies in"management",it is necessary to strengthen the management of people,things and things involved in the relevant fire control system at the same time;the goal is to"use",to make fire files available,willing to use,easy to use.Doing a good job of fire file management also reflects the overall strength of an important aspect of the hospital.
