预注右旋美托咪啶用于喉显微手术麻醉的研究

摘　　要：目的研究分析预注右旋美托咪啶用于喉显微手术麻醉中的临床效果。方法选取2017年12月—2018年12月本院收治的80例行喉显微手术治疗的患者为观察对象,并将其随机分为普通组与观察组,每组各40例,普通组中患者行常规诱导麻醉,观察组中患者行预注右旋美托咪啶诱导麻醉,比较两组麻醉应用效果。结果在T1、T4、T5时段,观察组患者HR、MAP水平均低于普通组,其血流动力学稳定,且不良反应发生率相比普通组降低,两组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对行喉显微手术患者在应用预注右旋美托咪啶麻醉,能改善患者血流动力学指标水平,减少患者不良反应。Objective To study and analyze the clinical effect of preinjection dexmedetomidine in laryngeal microsurgery anesthesia.Methods 80 cases of patients with laryngeal microsurgery and who treated in our hospital from December 2017 to December 2018 were selected as the observation objects,and the patients were randomly divided into the general group and the observation group,with 40 cases in each group.The normal group were given routine induction anesthesia,while the observation group were treated with pre-injection of dexmedetomidine induces anesthesia.Then,the anesthesia effects were compared between the two groups.Results During T1,T4 and T5,the HR and MAP levels in the observation group were lower than those in the normal group,and their hemodynamics was stable.The incidence of adverse reactions was lower than that in the normal group,and there was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of pre-injection dexmedetomidine anesthesia in patients undergoing laryngeal microsurgery which can improve the level of hemodynamics and reduce the adverse reactions of patients.
