体位干预在玻璃体腔内硅油填充术应用效果分析

摘　　要：目的探讨对抗性体位干预在玻璃体切割联合玻璃体腔硅油填充术的应用效果。方法选取2017年6月—2018年10月我院接收的80例行玻璃体切割联合硅油填充术的糖尿病视网膜患者,采用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各40例。对照组进行常规护理,观察组在常规护理基础上术前通过个性化宣教方式告知采取对抗性体位的重要性同时对患者进行医护合作式对抗性体位训练,术后责任护士再次进行体位执行反馈。比较两组患者术后正确执行对抗性体位持续时间、舒适度、对护理工作满意度。结果观察组正确执行对抗性体位持续时间高于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);术后3天对照组舒适度为50%、观察组为27.5%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(χ2=4.266,P<0.05)。结论责任护士对玻璃体切割联合硅油填充术患者实施对抗性体位干预,可提高患者术后体位依从性及对护理工作的满意度,患者术后舒适度与持续采取对抗性体位的时间均更佳。Objective To investigate the effect of body position in intravitreal silicone oil tamponade.Methods From June 2017 to October 2018,80 diabetic retinopathy patients who received vitrectomy combined with silicone oil filling were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 40 cases in each group.The control group was accepted the routine nursing care,and the observation group were accepted the individualized posture nursing intervention.The duration,comfort and satisfaction with nursing were compared between the two groups.Results The time of maintaining correct body position in the observation group was significantly longer than that in the control group(P<0.01).The comfort of the control group was 50%and that of the observation group was 27.5%3 days after operation,the difference was statistically significant(χ2=4.266,P<0.05).Conclusion Responsible nurses intervene in antagonistic posture for patients undergoing vitrectomy combined with silicone oil filling,which can improve postural compliance and satisfaction for nursing work.Postoperative comfort was positively correlated with the duration of continuous antagonistic posture.
