摘 要:为探讨年级、体育锻炼对中小学生自我意识、自尊的影响,本文分层随机选取800名大学生进行问卷调查。研究显示,锻炼量低于中等强度的学生中,五年级学生自我意识优于七年级学生,但七年级学生自尊发育更完善;值得注意的是所有七年级学生均比五年级学生更为焦虑;体育锻炼能有效提高五年级和七年级学生的自我意识及自尊。In order to explore the inf luence of grade and physical exercise on self-concept and self-esteem of primary and middle school students,800 students were randomly selected for questionnaire survey.Studies have shown that among students with less than moderate intensity,f ifth-grade students are better at self-concept than seventh-grade students,but seventh-grade students develop more self-esteem.It is worth noting that a ll seventh-grade students are more anxious than f ifth-grade students.Physical exercise can effectively improve the self-concept and self-esteem of the f ifth and seventh grade students.
