摘　　要：目的建设新形态教材《实用护理科研训练》,提高护理人员护理研究基本技能。方法通过整群抽样调查,了解护理人员护理研究基本技能状况。根据调查结果,确定《实用护理科研训练》教材教学内容的设计、定位与具体方案。结果对浙江省衢州地区7家二级医院及3家三级医院371名临床一线护士的调查结果显示,96%的被调查者认为护理科研重要,缺乏科研基本技能是护理科研面临的主要困难之一。临床护士护理科研选题、设计、项目申报、SPSS数据统计及论文写作等五大技能均十分缺乏。确定了教材内容共分护理科研训练基础篇、护理科研训练实战篇、护理科研项目常见申请书及申请书撰写、SPSS统计运用四个部分;新形态内容分为A模块(理论性2条)、B模块(基本技能强化12条)、C模块(统计技能3条)三大模块。结论建设新形态教材《实用护理科研训练》具有实用性,符合现代护理科研需求,是高职护理教学教材建设的创新。Objective The aim of this study is to construct a new form of textbook Practical Scientific Research of Nursing to improve the research skills of nurses.Methods The basic research skills of nurses were investigated through cluster sampling surveys.According to the results,the design,positioning and specific plan of the contents of Practical Scientific Research of Nursing were determined.Results Three hundred and seventy-one nurses from 7 secondary hospitals and 3 tertiary hospitals in Zhejiang Province were surveyed.96%of the respondents considered that nursing research was important and lack of basic research skills which was one of the difficulties in nursing research.Nurses were lack of skills including topic,design,project application,data statistics and thesis writing.The textbook contents were divided into four partsincluding basic scientific research of nursing,practical scientific research of nursing,common application and writing of nursing scientific research projects,and the application of SPSS.And the new form textbook was divided into three modules including A(2 theoretical skills),B(12 basic practical skills)and C(3 statistical skills).Conclusions The construction of a new form of textbook Practical Scientific Research of Nursing is practical and meets the needs of modern nursing scientific research.It is an innovation in the construction of new form nursing textbooks for higher vocational education.
