摘　　要：以A字型分拣机这一国外流行的自动化分拣设备为小件的物理模型,利用Flexsim软件仿真该设备在医药配送中心的作业方式并找出瓶颈,引入全自动补货方式优化作业流程,从而提高了整个配送系统的工作效率,推动其信息化、自动化进程。Taking the A-type sorter,a popular automatic sorting equipment overseas,as the physical model of the small parcel sorting machine,the paper used the Flexsim software to simulate the operation mode of the equipment in the pharmaceutical distribution center to find its operational bottleneck,and introduced the automatic replenishment mode to optimize the process,which improved the efficiency of the entire distribution system and advanced its progress of informatization and automation.
