摘　　要：目的:观察火针对甲状腺功能减退症模型大鼠血脂的影响。方法:清洁级健康6周龄Wistar大鼠40只,随机抽取10只设为空白组,给予正常饲养。余30只大鼠行"甲状腺全切术+术后皮下注射L-T4"的方法,制备甲状腺功能减退症大鼠模型,造模成功后将其随机分为模型组、西药组(优甲乐)、火针组,每组10只。对此3组大鼠行连续30 d的相应治疗,然后抽取所有实验大鼠的静脉血,检测血清甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(TG)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL-C)和低密度脂蛋白(LDL-C)水平。结果:与空白组比较,模型组大鼠TG、TC、LDL-C含量升高,HDL-C含量降低(P<0.05)。与模型组比较,西药组、火针组TG、TC、LDL-C较模型组降低,HDL-C含量升高(P<0.05,P<0.01);与西药组比较,火针组TG降低,HDL-C升高(P<0.05),TC、LDL-C含量有降低趋势,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:火针对于甲状腺功能减退症模型大鼠的血脂有明显的调整作用,其疗效均优于西药组。Objective:To observe the effect of fire needle on blood lipid in hypothyroidism rats.Methods:40 Wistar rats of clean grade healthy 6 week old were selected.10 randomly selected as blank control group,normal feeding.The other 30 rats were parepared hypothyroidism models with"total thyroidectomy with postoperative hypidermic L-T4"method,then the models were randomly divided into the model group,western medicine group,fire needle group,10 rats in each group.Rats in three groups were treated for 30 days,then the venous blood of all the rats were extracted,and the contents of TG,TC,LDL-C and HDL-C were detected.Results:Compared with the blank control group,the contents of TG,TC,LDL-C were significantly increased and HDL-C content was decreased in model group.Compared with the model group,the contents of TG、TC、LDL-C were significantly decreased,level of HDL-C was increased in treatment groups(P<0.05,P<0.01).Compared with western medicine group,TG was decreased and HDL-C was increased in fire needle group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Fire needle can regulate level of blood lipid for hypothyroidism models,the effect of fire needle was better than that of Euthyrox.
