摘 要:目的:考察麝香壮骨膏方中九味中药的挥发油提取工艺。方法:通过单因素实验考察了提取时间(t)、粉碎粒度、液固比、浸泡时间和提取温度(T)对麝香壮骨膏方中挥发油提取率的影响,选取影响显著的提取时间、粉碎粒度、提取温度三个因素进行正交实验,确立最佳提取实验方案。结果:确立了麝香壮骨膏中中药材挥发油的最佳提取工艺:提取时间12h、粉碎粒度40目、提取温度180℃。验证实验表明,该条件下提取率最高,为1.584%。结论:该方法用于麝香壮骨膏方挥发油提取方便可行,工艺稳定。Objective:To optimize the extractions for volatile Oil from shexiangzhuanggu plaster. Methods:The study was carried out with single factor and orthogonal experiments. The extraction rate of volatile oil from shexiangzhuanggu plaster was used as the index for optimizing process. Through single factor experiments,the extraction rate was investigated from the extraction time,particle size,liquid solid ratio,soaking time and extraction temperature to determinate significant factors. Three factors were selected,which were significant extraction time,crushing granularity and extraction temperature to carry out orthogonal experiments. And the best extraction experiment program was obtained from orthogonal experiments.Results:The optimal extraction conditions were received as follows:The extraction time was 12 hours,the crushing granularity size was 40 mesh,and the extraction temperature was 180 degrees. Through experimental verification,under the optimal conditions,the higher extraction rate was 1.584%. Conclusions:The established process can be used for the extraction with its convenient,feasible and steady.
