磷酸肌酸钠联合1,6二磷酸果糖治疗小儿肺炎合并心力衰竭的临床效果观察

摘　　要：目的:研究小儿肺炎合并心力衰竭治疗中采用磷酸肌酸钠的疗效与对其睡眠的影响.方法:选取2018 年1 月至2019年1 月山东省聊城市传染病医院儿科收治的肺炎合并心力衰竭患儿67 例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法随机分为对照组(n=33)和观察组(n=34).对照组采用1,6二磷酸果糖治疗,观察组采用磷酸肌酸钠治疗,比较2组治疗效果.结果:观察组各心肌酶指标水平均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组PSQI评分低于对照组(P<0.05),总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05).结论:采用磷酸肌酸钠联合1,6二磷酸果糖治疗小儿肺炎合并心力衰竭的疗效确切,有利于改善患儿睡眠质量,可推广应用.Objective:To study the effect of creatine phosphate sodium in the treatment of pediatric pneumonia combined with heart failure and its effect on sleep.Methods:A total of 67 cases of children with pneumonia complicated with heart failure were selected from Liaocheng Infectious Diseases Hospital Pediatrics.33 cases treated with fructose 1,6 diphosphate were taken as the control group,and 34 cases treated with creatine phosphate sodium were taken as the observation group to compare the therapeutic effect of the two groups.Results:The level of myocardial enzyme index in the observation group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05),the PSQI score was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the total effective rate was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Sodium phosphocreatine is effective in the treatment of pneumonia combined with heart failure in children.
